A number of our runners tried the Mid Cheshire 5k on Friday.
All had fast times but nobody managed a PB.
Closest was Claire who was 1 second off her PB; with Peter 6 seconds off his. Claire didn’t arrive early enough to get her warm up done. Friday traffic!!
Congratulations to David Devine and Lily Partridge who took the wins in 14:19 and 15:44 respectively. David is a worthy winner of the Nick Jones trophy and Lily ran a huge PB in her first visit to Kingsley.

Some fantastic times from our members. The ever green Peter just missing out on sub 15 with Richard improving all the while. Another superb performance by Claire and whatever Tim is on I want some! Sub 20 by Jarrod is also some run. Shows you the quality of the field when Tim is only 5th MV55 in 17:58 and the winner is near 14 minutes.
