A nice cool-ish morning for a 10k – perhaps not for spectators!! We had a large group of club runners turn out on Sunday.
A few supporters were out and about including: Roy, Zoe, Sue H, and Chris
Some good results. Category firsts for Barry, Tracy and Paul.
PB’s too: Colin sub 56 improved his by 24 seconds. And there was a similar improvement for Evan. Barry just missed out on his 2016 time by 6 seconds. Tracy PB’d by nearly a minute.
Alan and Nic were pacing.

Nostalgic for me as Simon and I used to use the bypass for Saturday afternoon rep. sessions followed by a cup of tea at his house on Welsh Row – happy days. I stood where we used to come down on to the bypass and cheered on our runners. Some fine first places for Barry, Paul and Tracy, plus an excellent 2nd for Richard. Well run everyone!
