Just a quick update this week as I recover from the Festival Week end.
Numerous runners helped and/or ran in the Festival weekend. Thank you to all of you.
One unfortunate one had to miss out and take their place in a twice postponed half marathon – somewhere hot.
details on those events are on earlier posts.
WRC Strava League:
- On distance Claire (90k.5) pipped AndrewC and NickJ was third.
- Putting the hours in: Markus was top with 8 and half hours a good 90 minutes ahead of Claire and Andrew.
- Unusually: Rob was not first on ascent. Markus [1686m]was ahead of him with Claire third.
Longest NickJ (35.4) then Markus with 26k. Then tooo [19] many 20k+ runners to report – most running/pacing the Waters Wilmslow half marathon.
