No major distance running last week. It was the Trafford 10k as well as one of our Summer Series races – Cloud 9.
Colin ran the Grizzly 20miler down at Seaton. Reports are on the website for Trafford and the Grizzly. Sadly no one wrote anything up for Cloud 9.

Nick with 68.2k pipped Tim and Claire on distance.
Rob was ahead of Tim and Colin [after his Grizzly 20 miler] on time.
On ascent it was Rob, as usual ahead, of Grizzly Col and a surprising Huma [via Cloud 9?] in third.
Longest run [32.3k] – by the narrowest of margins – was Nick’s; 200m ahead of RichardH with Lydia third with 30k.
