Training update from Nick – Part 2: Energy Systems

Following on from last weeks Introduction. Here’s a link to Nick’s understanding of energy systems in relation to our training. His thinking in doing this, is to help to provide the rationale behind why we train the way that we do. When we come through this (and we will), it allows you to prepare for late summer/early autumn races that you may want to personally target.
