A total team, great to watch, tactical in terms of the running order and challenging for the athletes.
Our men were out at Stanley Park today, running against the best that the North had to offer.
The top 25 teams are then invited to run in the National Six Stage at Sutton Park. The Midlands and the South had their relays today. For the North read Gateshead/Tyne and Wear down to Derby. A tough ask for the team.
