Jim followed Malc to Lyme Park this Saturday and clocked exactly the same time of 19.46 finishing in 4th place, putting him joint 3rd with Malc and 4 seconds ahead of Brian McCoubrey.
No runners at South Manchester which I still think will prove to be the faster of the two road courses.
More to report at Congleton, Tim finished in 20.50 no improvement on his time. Geoff clocked his quickest 5k of the year in 21.44 putting him onto the table just in front of Tony but fortunately behind me. Tony himself ran in a conservative time of 24.49 with Gail running with Lucas finishing in 27.38.
