The county championships took place yesterday at Birchwood : A challenging course to compete for County honours, and for selectors to choose the team for the Inter Counties, a televised event in February, not to be confused with the Nationals which is club based .

The ladies finished second team and winning vets.
The men followed with similar results, second team and winning vets but also finishing 3rd Vets team (I will bring the medals to Tuesday training).

Just to say that left in the tent on this occasion were: 1 x 2010 summer series t-shirt, size small and 1 x what looks like a knee(small to medium?!) support! Both items have been freshly laundered and will be brought to club tonight so give me a shout!
