Up and Running Fitness Testing and Physio sessions

Up and Running is offering Fitness/VO2 testing, and sessions with a Physio or Podiatrist, to club members, at their Manchester store next Saturday (14th August).

There are 30 minute sessions measuring:-
 - VO2 max and Sub max test : Find out maximal oxygen consumption during exercise
 - Race Pace Testing: Lets you know what pace you are capable of when racing any distance
 - Body fat Analysis: Find out if you have a healthy body compostion
 - Hydration Analysis: This test will let you know how hydrated you are
 - Flexibility Testing: This can help to keep injury at bay if you know how flexible you are

.. and also 15 minute sessions with a Physiotherapist Alan Raw and Podiatrist Josh Cheng from Harris and Ross.
