Gravy 6 18th July
Northernboyslovegravy organise this flat fast race round the Longdenvale trail starting in Royston Vasey, head count required at the end. Taking Big Malc's approach to running – see if I can race myself fit. A quick look at the start line told me there were no V45 prizes today, Kev Lilley – Sheffield's man of steel – got himself a podium finish for the second time this weekend, as he also raced at Buxton.
The rest of the V45's seem to have been in front of Rob and myself for most of this year.
