Another really fun morning in the park running with half the local population. Giles had a good run to a course PB.
Otherwise nothing special from the Wilmslow runners although we won the V45 team and the morning 5k gave an extra twist to our Sue Hool handicap time predictions. The new route has reduced the congestion.
We've now passed 100 events, 3300 unique runners and over 96,000km run.
