A new Season and a slightly new presentation to the Summer Series. Assuming this all works, my plan is to publish future Summer Series updates on the web site along with my boring waffle. This has taken a little while to sort out (waffling again) hence part of the delay in issuing. Thank you to Andy for your Web Master assistance here.
As those who ran the race know, the published results were somewhat challenging and I believe I have Ian to thank for sorting that out. So we had 29 or is that 28 club runners racing, a great start to the series. I have omitted ‘our own correspondent’ George from the results on the assumption that his expat lifestyle of sunshine and wine makes him only an honorary member of the club and I wouldn’t want to deny the following 12 runners a valuable point. If I’m wrong I will correct at the next issue.
