As usual Trafford 10k was flat, fast and furious. Great running conditions and a high quality field resulted in some amazing times. It is easy to feel slow when the first MV40 runs 29.30 and the first FV40 is well under 33 minutes. But luckily I'm V50 now.
Di did particularly well less than 24 hours after representing Cheshire in the Intercounties and was awarded the V35 prize. Janine won the V45 and it is great to see WRC so well represented at a national class event.
And a big PB for Jan.
