Seemingly everyone was exhausted after the mile time trials on Monday so it just left the hardy three of us to take to the track in Sportcity.
Jim beat his time (and Andy Witt’s!), Janine was a nano second quicker and I was actually 4 seconds slower – the heat and the excitement of the venue obviously were too much for me!!
Nicky
