Well Richard was at it again. Pitting himself against a strong field in the B 5k Race.
A couple of seconds quicker than the Mid-Cheshire. As he said:
“Not what I wanted, but gave a good go just faded towards the end. It will come with a few more decent sessions. Can’t get better 5k racing than this though”
