Jan was at the seaside on Sunday. Tri-ing her best with a 1500m Open Water swim; 40k Bike ride and then a 10k Run.
Apart from not setting her watch correctly for the swim and the windy conditions. A PB for the 40k Bike leg made up for swimming with the birds but had a knock on effect on her run.
Still a PB is a PB 🙂
