Jan was back Tri-ing her best after her last experience.
A little windy but her verdict:
- On the swim: Best swim for a while.
- on the bike: Slower than recent years.. coming back from injury I guess
- On the run: Room for improvement to get back to where I was, but nothing reacted badly so happy with that.
Well she didn’t do that bad. Second in her category.
Here clone did slightly better – overall winner!!
