Well, it was a quiet week for our runners, after the marathons the previous weekend.
On the WRC Strava League.
Peter ran furthest [88.9k] a good 5 miles ahead of AndrewC; RichardC was third.
On Time Markus took advantage of some time of and knocked up over 8 and half hours running. Rob and AndrewC were behind him.
As usual on ascent Rob was top – just 100m ahead of Markus. Jarrod third.
Longest run – Markus with 40.8k jaunt round Derbyshire.
