After the Festival it was a quiet week.
on the WRC Strava League:
- On distance Peter Speake led [93.4k] with Claire and AndrewC. Andrew just pipping Rob by a couplke of hundred metres.
- on Time: Markus pipped Rob by 3 minutes!
- On Ascent: Rob, Markus and Mike were the leaders.
- Not many 20k+ runners: Peter [28k], Rob, NickJ, Markus and Mike
