Some long runs occurred this week with Markus and Rebecca putting a 55k Gritstone Trail run! Graham and Peter were both over 30k. Lots of runners managed 20k+ runs ths week. Is it marathon training season?
20k+ runners included: Robin, the two Richards, Qes, Andrew, James, Jill, Ian and Gareth. Mick obviously hates to run 20k Another 19.6 run from him.
I set off and left blighty whilst on the 1st Aug Sandbach 10k saw Paul gaining 1st V60. Though running through the grass towards the end wasn’t comfy.
