Well, it was the Wilmslow Summer 10k the previous Sunday which a number of runners ran and most enjoyed it. Even if it was a little warm. 2 club records were set there too. So, our training sessions must be great at getting you fit and to attain your potential.
After Training on Tuesday we had our AGM which had to be carried over from 2020 due to the Big C19!
Thursday saw three intrepid group 345 take on the Bollington-Rainow 7 miler. John led two of our Lady A-lister runners out and back safely.
The Sizzler [number 3 took place]. Again good results with Peter again showing what fine form he is. Coming home as 1st V45.

On the WRC Strava league table for week ending 18th July: Peter was way ahead of Richard and Dan on distance. However, Markus led Jill and Peter on time. Markus also headed the table on ascent, ahead of Rob and Mike.
