Well, a bit late, but it has been a busy week reporting.
As reported earlier Katy and Jan completed the Wilmslow Triathlon. JohnP and others went fell running near Shrigley Kate and Angie ran around the Resers? A 5 miler near Glossop – twice around Valehouse Reservoir. With pretty good times too. Kate Cat first just ahead of Angie who was second in her category.
The WRC Strava League had the usual leaders vying for the top places.
Peter led on distance (96k) from Rob and Graham. Rob turned the tables on time running: leading Peter and Markus. On ascent, Rob in his usual pole position, led Markus and Brian.
Longest run of the week was Ultra Training Markus (38.1k). Graham (27.2k) was next. Other 20K+ runs were also done by: Rob, Richard and Ian. There were a number [5] of 19k runners who just missed out.
