So this week I am going to be doing various workouts via Zoom and would love to have some of you to join!
If possible, I just ask for a small donation to participate, times are tough for us all and me, like many others I’m sure are losing out!
If you are struggling then of course do not feel you have to, just your attendance is a great show of support and spreading the word to others would help too I’d rather you joined in than not just because you are worried about payment!

Equipment:
Most of the workouts can be done with body weight however if you have access to weights that would be better for the upper and lower body specific ones. If not then improvise with water (or wine?!) bottles, tins, bags filled with tins, your partner/children?! a nearby chair or sofa can come in useful and resistance bands are also great if you have them.
