Tony has led every week but one, 9 weeks to go.

It’s not too late to get involved, email Ian for personal targets. You need to run at four different parkruns.

John and Trevor both improved their times at Wilmslow but their positions are unchanged; 2nd. and 3rd.

A dry week drew Matt and Ian to Lyme Park, they are now 6th. and 7th.

The winner will be the runner with the lowest 4th. best score.
