Wilmslow junior parkrun continues to prove very popular – so far nearly 700 different 4-14 year-olds have run over 6,000 km. Over 100 children doing a warm-up followed by a 2k run is quite a sight, so do come along one Sunday at 9:30 – email wilmslow-juniorsoffice@parkrun.com first if you can help marshal or just come along on the day.
The family of UK junior parkruns has now grown to 100 with Bolton, Northwich, Oldham and Carlisle now joining Marple, South Manchester, Warrington, Whaley Bridge and Wilmslow in the North West.
