Not surprisingly with the XC in the afternoon we had fewer park runners out and about . Janine our only runner at Bramhall, Trevor improving on his time at Wythy park, Roy having a good run at Wilmslow, sub 30 next week Roy but don’t ask Rob to pace set otherwise you may end up with a sub 25 or in a heap on one of the inclines.
