Winter Enthusiasts Series

Monday 14th December

Saturday and Sunday saw the 3rd and 4th race in the Winter Enthusiasts series take place. As yet I can’t find any results from the Linton Xmas Cracker Fell Race. Please let me know if you competed there.

We had 9 runners who braved the cold wet morning at Congleton parkrun. Dr Tim finished  6th in 20.00 mins and took the 100 points closely followed by Dr Mat in 20.22. The Bunker recovering from his 50th Birthday celebrations in Lanzarote finished in 21.12 followed by Chris in 22.05 and Tony in 22.18 current joint series leaders. Nicky in 22.42, 3rd lady followed by Alan T 23.23 , Gail 23.47 and Catriona in 24.36.

Next series race Wilmslow parkrun Saturday 19th of December. I have a feeling that we won’t get many takers.
