parkrun “Summer Series” update.
Saturday 10/10/15
Cross Country in the early afternoon meant we wouldn’t have masses at the park runs. The two Pauls’ ran at Bramhall for a change. No runners at Congleton, John and Alan couldn’t improve on their South Manc times however we do have a new name on the 5k Road table, Sue, with a time of 25.41 comes onto the table ahead of Sarah.
Tim had a great run at Lyme Park with a PB of 22.23, moves him up the table 5 places, for a change just ahead of Di B and a second behind Christian. Tim went on to run the XC in the afternoon with what looks another great time. Roy also ran, yet another PB at Cheadle Hulme, its either the course or the bacon sandwiches drawing him back there.
Only 4 more dates to improve up to and including 7/11/15.
parkrun “Age Graded Comp” Wilmslow.
Steve Bunker just ran a XC warm up with a percentage of 57.88%. I struggled round with the excesses of the previous evening (gym work) in 24.44, 64.29%. Despite still suffering from a cold Jan had a good run, in 26.09, 62.59% and is the current heir to the Queens throne.
Tony holds the Kings position with 76.75%.
