We had four runners make the trip to Lyme Park, Tim and Chris G for the first time, Tim finishing in 23.07 putting him onto the table one second above Gareth, Chris finishing in 26.14. Julie with yet another PB in 28.17 leap frogged Gavin and is making steady progress up the table. Doc Matt finished 5th overall with a PB of 21.18 which puts him ahead of Sharon.
Diane B was our only runner at South Manchester, finishing 3rd lady in 20.15, puts her onto the table 7 seconds above Christian, I can see Christian back there next week.
Both Janine and Martin made the trip to Congleton, Janine 4th lady in 21.26, pleased to say she enters the table one second behind Chris C, Martin comes onto the table, just, in 34.48.

parkrun " Age Graded Competition " Wythenshawe Park.
Both Tony and Ian tried out Wythy parkrun. Tony for the first time in 22.59, Ian couldn't improve on his best time here and finished in 24.00 mins. The Summer months are the best time to try this park run as it does get a little wet in the Winter months.

Good suggestion Jan , I was going to use Wilmslow again for the last couple of weeks of the series .
