While most of the club were involved in Buxton and/or Bollington, family arrangements took me to Leeds. The unwritten rule that you will always find another Wilmslow runner in any race you enter rang true when I bumped into Christian, fresh from his Buxton race, at the start line. Billed as a flat and fast course, the Leeds 10K pretty much lived up to the description, other than a gradual descent over the first kilometre, a similar ascent over the last, and a 180 degree turn at about 6k. It proved to be a well-organised, enjoyable race with a lot of atmosphere.

Paul
In typically modest fashion, Paul has omitted the fact that this was also a PB for him…By one second !!
Nick.
And also winning his age category…
Great to see you both putting up a great show representing Wilmslow in Leeds. Congrats to Paul on pb and category win!
