It must have been the weather or the previous weeks activities that kept our runners away from the parkruns, no takers at South Manchester. Tony tried to improve on his Lyme Park run, managed 25.27 which is almost 90 seconds slower than his best time. Gail left her two sons in bed and headed for Congleton and registered a great time of 22.31 moving her up the table 13 places to settle just behind Nicky and in front of Jamie.

Wythenshawe Park – parkrun "Age Graded Competition"
Sharon has been so impressed with the trophies on offer she was straight down to Wythenshawe Park to stake a claim on this months crown finishing 1st lady and 6th overall in 19.28. Mike Hill had a great run finishing second in 18.54 making up a good 100 yards on the leader on the second lap. Steve Bunker didn't fair so well, he was in a tight little group of about half a dozen including Sharon at the start of the second lap but fell away by almost a minute finishing in 20.15.
