Great work from our teams in the BMAF Relays today in Sutton Park.
The ladies finished sixth in a very competitive field : all ran very well.
The men finished third gaining what we understand are the first
National medals the club has won.
Mick also won a medal for the third fastest time in his category.

Well done – fantastic performances on national stage. We should definitely send more teams next year.
WRC did actually win team V45 bronze medals in the British Masters 5k championships in 2010.
