We had a record turn out this week with a total of 8 new names appearing in the tables.
Huma was our only runner at South Manchester but couldn't improve on her time finishing in 23.32. Congleton had 4 WRC runners, Patrick chipping 20 seconds off his time finishing in in 23.03 closes the gap to 7 seconds behind JP in the table. Catriona finished in 24.51 entering the table just above Simon. Tony turned up for an amble round in 25.35, followed by Belinda in an excellent time of 28.26.
We had 7 runners turning out at Lyme park, and for the second week running the leader's name has changed. Rob knocks Andy W off the top with a time of 19.23.
Louisa made her first appearance, training for this coming Saturday possibly, finishing in 22.47, followed by Janine in 24.53, Doctor Kate in 26.02 (a PB for the course), Gail in 29.27 and Martin in 36.54.
We now have 22 names on the Trail table and 25 on the road.

parkrun " Age Graded Competition " Burnage
I visited Burnage again finishing just ahead of John P, fortunately John's percentage score just beat mine at 67.10 %, so, with Tony in the current Kings position on 68.7 % and as yet no female appearances, John finds himself in the Queens position. Come on ladies, you can't leave him there, he travels to races with AT and Doddy .
