The inaugural Wilmslow parkrun was a resounding success with 175 runners registering a time. Please see here http://www.parkrun.org.uk/wilmslow/news/ for the full run report and results. Pictures will also appear on there in the next few days thanks to Don.
Our very own Damian led the field to become the first finisher – ever! We had a mixture of experienced park runners and complete newbies, and all seemed to thoroughly enjoy the event, with a good few enjoying the post run cake back at the café.

We’d like to thanks the WRC volunteers for supporting the launch this week, it went without a glitch.
