Some great performances by WRC in the London sunshine.  We all found the last few miles tougher than ever – as is always the case ;).

Andy beat his own club record, Janine both V40 and V45 and I shaved a few minutes off the V50.  PBs for Jeremy, Alan, Sarah, Geoff, Janine …

    Well done to all WRC London runners! Fantastic achievements by everyone, I know it was the fastest that Sharon has ever run VLM too. Rich and I really enjoyed spotting you and cheering you on. I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my birthday! Great results, all your hard work and dedication through the winter paid off.
