Round three of the Manchester Area Cross Country League took place yesterday at Sherdley Park St Helens.
A damp and breezy day but fine for running .

The ladies were lead home by Di in 4th place to finish 2nd team and winning Vets team.
In the mens race Damian was first home in 14th place to finish fifth team and 3rd Vets team.
Competition is strong but we continue to acquit ourselves well . With two remaining fixtures we are still in strong positions to land both individual and team medals.
Any errors in results to me please …I notice that Nina is showing as 46th in the ladies race : Not sure who this should be ?
Well done all that ran and supported . Comments welcomed from any that took part . Being stationed at the registration area, my opportunity to witness/ discuss with others from the club were limited .
