"but much will change in the next month and all will look very different by the time we get to Langley and Conwy",
this was my comment last time I reported, after 8 races. Tony was leading followed by Andy Dodd, Chris Cannon, Sally and Simon.
Where are they now? Tony is 10th., Andy 14th., Chris 30th., Sally 15th. and Simon 20th.
Andrew Whittington now heads the table, Tom and Graham Taylor join him on the podium and in the top ten are Mike, Allan, Craig, Gareth, Andy Watts and Matt.
22 in total have completed the seven qualifying races.
Jim is poised to move into first or second place with three wins in his six races.
Barry leads those having completed four races.
Rob Downs has two wins in his three races.
Janine has displaced Sally as leading lady with Sharon, Carolyn, Huma and Gail also setting the pace. But then comes Diane, sparkling form, six races, five wins.
Allan leads Division 2 from Craig, Andy, Gareth, Matt , Tony and Chris Grime. There could be an intriguing battle for the lead between Allan and Di. It could be even more intriguing, given their divergent attributes but common bond, were the rule, that now requires an on-road/off-road mix to qualify for the T-shirt , to be also applied to the qualifying seven.
Janine 'always the bridesmaid' leads Division 3; 8 races, 7 second places but not, so far, with a win to her name. Doddy trails her but has tasted glory twice. They are pursued by Alan, Patrick, Sally, Sharon and Simon. Poised to strike; Louisa six races, six wins.
Carolyn leads Division 4 but is under threat; Huma having three wins to her two. Just behind are Don and Gail. Roy headsthose on six races, he is in his best form for some time, might the Freckled Cow be the stage for his first 60 points?
