The run planned for next Thursday (25th October) is a torchlight run – bring head-torches if you have them, or otherwise just a light torch you can run with.
The route will be via Carr Lane (click here for an interactive map), which should give some good runnable off-road sections. We will run in groups to ensure that no-one gets left behind.
I plan to print a few maps and bring them on Thursday
