Very shocked and saddened to hear of the death in Nepal of Ray Eagle.
although it is about 27 years since Ray left Bedford & County AC, there are many people here who remember him.
Incidentally, Ray was a member of the Bedford team in the first year that we ever qualified to run in the National 6-stage Road Relay; in 1984 I think it was.
I’d appreciate it if you could let me know details of the funeral etc.
