Bramhall parkrun is organised by a team from WRC: Nick, Janine, Martin, Jim, Nina, Kate, Graham and Rob are around most weeks along with local volunteers. A few recent WRC recruits have "graduated" from the parkrun.
For those who haven't tried it parkrun is a free 5k every Saturday morning 9.00am start and a easy way to rev up your pace ahead of the 5km Summer Series / GP races. It's also a gentle way back after a marathon recovery.
