Form Scores

The Form Scores page has been updated to cover all 2011 'club' races from Four Villages to Forest 5.

The purpose of the form score is as an indicator of how well you are running. It is derived by reducing all races, be they hilly half marathons or flat 5ks, to a common denominator.

Simply click the 'Form Scores' link at the top of this page.

I shall shortly circulate the July Form Guide. This is a four-month moving average of your form scores, which enables you to track your progress, or otherwise, back to 2006.
