This week saw us pass the milestone of 100,000km run (in other words 20,000 5k results recorded in the 106 events so far). The cool, showery weather while not ideal for the organisers provided good conditions for a quick 5k workout before heading for the cafe.
Despite racing at Dunham just 12 hours before, Christine managed to knock a full minute off her Bramhall PB and was just pipped for first lady.
