It is still a bit cold at 9am but with the recent dry weather the parkrun action is hotting up and it is a great way to get a bit of fun speed training into your weekend.
It is still too early for Simon Fenton who failed to show again and with a strong run from his rivals he moves down to 3rd in the V65 all time list.
