  2. Hi,
    I have not made it down to club night this week due to work and injury (+previous couple of weeks). Also, sorry I was not there to enjoy the celebration after the 1/2 marathon.
    Could I be put into one of the groups, I will have to take it easy the next week or two, but I hope to be back on my feet soon.
    Dave – can you let me know how I get my sub for this year to you? I should be down on Tues night, will that be ok to give it to you then?

    Well done on your newsletter contribution : excellent !
    Dave should be down Tuesday : if not , I can give you his address .
    We can slot you into the most appropriate group based on your current post injury fitness level. Tony needs a few races and hard sessions to guage etc : lets get you working hard and up the groups!
