A fast out and back course. Reached the 5 mile mark in 34:20 so sub 70 looked possible – for the first time since 2007!
Rounding the windmill a stiff sea breeze suddenly changed the conditions. Well organised race with free pie and peas back at the fire station + extensive prize list.
Good to see Bill Staniard back racing too.
