Its the Cheshire's on Saturday , the Northerns on January 24th and the Nationals 21st February : Entries are in and we are looking to have a mini coach for the London . Detail to follow.
The final Manchester XC League race is Saturday 7th February : A five race series where a winters hard endeavour gets rewarded : we are awaiting official results but I am conscious that some have been doing their own maths in terms of placings !
We had 27 runners at Woodbank and I have no doubt that we will have similar numbers supporting the challenge for trophies at Wythenshawe : With spectators nearer 30.
To reflect the prestige of the event and to provide a fitting finale , the league are holding the "presentation "in the hall at the Park. 3.45pm for 4.00pm ; Licenced bar and Hot Pot supper : Tickets are £2.00 due to the heavy subsidy. We had 18 tickets allocated but I have requested 25 as I am conscious that after the final race , the chance to relax , unwind and enjoy the presentation will be welcomed by all .
No need to do anything , I have the tickets .
