The distinct European flavour circulating the club at the moment took a further twist over the weekend as myself, Paul and Sean competed in the Dublin marathon. A cold, windy but sunny day allowed myself and Paul to record PB's and thus ensured a guilt free experience of quoffing several pints of the black stuff later on. Quite by chance we saw Sean a mile from the end, his face told a story. However, all three of us wore the blue and yellow thus earning a few brownie points from coach and chairman.
Thoroughly enjoyable race and weekend, highly recommend it.
