Good conditions – cool and dry – at least to start tho’ it did start drizzling 1/2 way round. The ladies were aiming to keep their lead at the top of the Grand Prix table but Macclesfield had a strong team out. PB’s for Sally M and Sally P and a sterling performance from Jo despite a cold.
Mike was 6th and Cheshire 10K champion.Trevor Morris 3rd MV45 and Cheshire MV45 champion.Fewer male Wilmslow runners than normal as the Grand Prix is theirs. Paul Nichols PB attempt was thwarted by a stitch but Steve Dempsey and Dave Quinn ran with Trevor Faulkner completing the team.
