Injury and work commitments have meant that I have been unable to run a summer series race this season to date.
Ironically although I will be in Buxton the day of the next event : 5th July , I have a meeting in the evening in South Manchester !

Just read the following on the Fetcheveryone web-site about the current state of the course posted by one of the East Cheshire Harriers …
One of our club members went round the course on Sunday and sent this report: “To say it’s wet is an understatement. You will definitely require off road shoes (not spikes) as there is a fair bit of track and trail which has taken quite a bit of rain, making going under foot a bit damp. All this will make for a good race. I doubt even if the sun does arrive it will dry much of the course out.”
