wimped out of london this time due to other commitments so opted for the bolton 10k.sunday was a lovely warm and drizzly morning but little wind so ideal conditions!the race starts and finishes at leverhulme track and is fairly undulating with a couple 0f steady climbs especially at 7k and 9k so not ideal pb course even so i was happy with my time of 41.51 and a finish of 74 out of 565.
